Happy Tailz Grooming Salon is a family-owned dog grooming salon at 202 S. Church St., Hahira, GA 31632. You can reach us on (229) 794-5216, Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website (happytailzgrooming.com) and at the salon, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
We keep the amount of information we collect small. This website has no online booking, no user accounts, no online shop and no contact form. The information we handle falls into three groups:
  • Information you give us when you book or visit. Appointments are made by phone or in person. To groom your dog safely we may ask for your name, phone number and home address, your dog’s name, breed, age and grooming needs, and up-to-date rabies vaccination paperwork, which the Georgia Department of Agriculture requires us to keep.
  • Information collected automatically when you use this website. This includes your IP address, approximate location, browser type, device and operating system, the pages you view, how long you stay and how you reached the site. We collect this through Google Analytics.
  • Information you send us directly. If you call, text or write to us, we keep what you tell us so we can answer you and look after your dog.
3. How we use your information
  • To schedule and carry out grooming appointments and contact you about them.
  • To keep the records we are required to keep, including rabies paperwork.
  • To understand how people use our website so we can keep it accurate and easy to use.
  • To protect our business, keep our records secure and comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
4. Who we share it with
